Invitation And Mission

I am contacting all of you to help out on a special project that may take about six months (do not moan just yet). As you know, we have been talking a lot about quality lately. Although there have been some very good conversations, I do not think that we have gotten to the heart of the issue. What I would like to do with you is to start, for lack of a better title at this time, an innovative quality team. I want to work with you in looking at every corner of the organization, develop some recommendations and plans and then implement them. I want us to focus on every aspect of quality that we can imagine.

I think that all of you bring a unique and important perspective and hope that you can find the time to do this. This may take about 10% of your time over the next six months. If you do not have any interest in this or the time is not available, please let me know. If you are interested, please let me know and I will contact your supervisor directly to make certain that this does not place an undue burden on your daily responsibilities or the rest of the staff in your program.

The first meeting will be on 2/25 at 11:30 – 1:00. Lunch will be provided. Thank you in advance for your assistance. I look forward to working with you and hope to hear from you very soon.
